1 that's quite another kettle of fish
Общая лексика: это совсем из другой оперыУниверсальный англо-русский словарь > that's quite another kettle of fish
-
2 kettle of fish
Такой пикник тогда называли a kettle of fish. Сейчас a kettle of fish или чаще a pretty/a fine/a nice kettle of fish обозначает неприятную ситуацию. и т. п. Выражение that's a different kettle of fish или that's quite another kettle of fish значит «это совсем из другой оперы». -
